Doha, 15 April 2010 - The Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha; the first property in Qatar operated by the renowned global hospitality group, is soft opening on April 15, 2010.

With a history dating back to 1897, Europe's oldest and most established luxury hotel collection boasts an impressive portfolio of properties across the world. The Kempinski Residence & Suites, Doha joins this elite collection and will be operated and managed by Kempinski Hotels. The property is owned by Al Fardan Group Holding, a leader in Qatar's luxury market.

Currently the tallest and only square structured building on Qatar's dominating West Bay skyline, the 62-floor residence tower will have 370 fully-furnished serviced suites for short-, mid- and long-term rental, targeting residents as well as corporate travellers. On the crown of this towering skyscraper will be two duplex Sky Villas with six-bedrooms each, sprawled across 1050 square metres of total ambience.
